“I grew up in Detroit, Michigan playing hockey, growing food, and fly fishing. As years passed, I was searching for my calling trying to establish something for myself which led me to Kalamazoo. I became friends with a very talented French Chef who offered me an open position in his kitchen. Taking me under his wing, I learned everything I could and very quickly realized that my love for food can transforms people's lives for the better. I started my career training in the Hilton corporation in 1980. After finishing school, I took a chance and decided to move somewhere where I could fish year-round, Florida! Here I began my journey in specializing in fish dishes. I started cooking in country clubs and private homes which led me to launch my own business in 1985. Being a part of this community has given me many opportunities and I am proud to be giving back by extending my services to different charities such as Culinary Creations, Wounded Warriors, and the Children’s Home Society.” Let's make your event memorable together!
